Privacy & your enquiry

Your saved doors stay in this browser. Your current draft stays in its tab. Shared project links contain door selections and room references, but exclude contact details, project location and notes. Anyone with a shared link can open it.

When you submit an enquiry, Treventi stores your contact details, message, project selections and consent in a private website record. A notification is sent to the Treventi team so it can respond. A receipt reference confirms that the request was stored; it does not confirm email delivery or an order.

PDF and text downloads can include your project location and notes. Check them before sharing. Links to email, WhatsApp and maps open the corresponding external service.
